DAY 01: Arrival in Srinagar | Mughal Gardens Sightseeing | Shikara Ride on Dal Lake

Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, meet our representative who will assist you with your transfer to the houseboat.

In the afternoon, proceed for local sightseeing of Srinagar’s world-famous Mughal Gardens, including:

• Chashme Shahi (The Royal Spring) – Built in 1632 by Ali Mardan Khan under the reign of Emperor Shah Jahan, this garden is renowned for its refreshing natural spring water, believed to have medicinal properties.
• Nishat Bagh (The Garden of Bliss) – Designed in 1633 by Asaf Khan, brother of Empress Nur Jahan, Nishat offers breathtaking views of the Dal Lake and the majestic Zabarwan Mountains.
• Shalimar Bagh (The Abode of Love) – The largest Mughal garden in Kashmir, created by Emperor Jahangir for his beloved wife Noor Jahan. Famous for its terraced lawns, flowing canals, and grand Chinar trees.

In the evening, enjoy a Shikara ride (1 hour) on the world-famous Dal Lake, gliding through its calm waters as you witness floating gardens and vibrant markets.

DAY 02: Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar (Approx. 54 km, 2 hours one way)

After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg, also known as the “Meadow of Flowers.” The scenic route via Tangmarg offers panoramic views of lush green valleys and snow-capped peaks.

In Gulmarg, enjoy:

• A thrilling ride on the Gulmarg Gondola (included in the package) – one of the world’s highest cable cars offering unmatched Himalayan vistas.
• Optional activities such as golfing at the world’s highest golf course, or a visit to Rani Temple, St. Mary’s Church, and Gulmarg Golf Course (on your own cost).

Later, return to Srinagar.
Overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.

Note: The vehicle will drop and pick you up at the Gulmarg car stand. Pony rides and local transport within Gulmarg are on a direct payment basis.

DAY 03: Srinagar – Pahalgam – Srinagar (Approx. 92 km, 3 hours one way)

After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam, known as “The Valley of Shepherds” or “Trekker’s Paradise.”

En route, visit:

• The beautiful Saffron Fields at Pampore
• Apple Orchards and local Saffron Market
• Bat Factory (for traditional Kashmiri cricket bats)

In Pahalgam, visit the charming valleys of Aru and Betaab (included in the package), surrounded by pine forests and snow-clad peaks. You can also enjoy horse riding or visit Baisaran, Waterfall Point, and Kashmir Valley (on your own cost).

Return to Srinagar by evening.

DAY 04: Srinagar – Sonmarg – Srinagar (Approx. 89 km, 2½ hours one way)

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Sonmarg, meaning “Meadow of Gold.”

The journey offers spectacular views of villages, rivers, and paddy fields, with the snow-draped Himalayan peaks in the background.

In Sonmarg, visit the Thajiwas Glacier (approx. 4 km from Sonmarg) – a stunning location accessible by pony ride (on your own cost).

Return to Srinagar by evening.

Note: The vehicle will drop and pick you up at the Sonmarg car stand. Pony rides to the glacier are on a direct payment basis.

DAY 05: Departure from Srinagar

After breakfast, check out from the hotel/houseboat and transfer to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey.

Kindly advise guests to follow the itinerary schedule. Sightseeing on the last day is not included; any additional activities will be charged directly.
